Pick-ups for the morning start around 8.45am returning to the resort around 1.00pm.

We collect you from various points, in the resorts of Salou, Cap Salou, La Pineda & Cambrils.
Practice & Safety Session
We appreciate the vast majority of our customers haven’t ridden a bike for a while and we want to give you the opportunity to get back on a seat!

Once we have collected you we will start the excursion with a brief practice and safety session to give you the confidence of being back on a bike, before heading up to the mountains. During the short 25 mins journey, your guide will entertain you with their knowledge of the region’s history, culture and life style.
Free wheeling fun
Once we arrive the bikes are off loaded and the free wheeling fun begins! Our lead vehicle will show you the way. You will cycle through rustic villages, lush vineyards, Olive groves and pine forests. The smell of the wild flowers and blossom, together with the stunning scenery and views to the coast will delight you.

Eagles soar above your head and you may be lucky enough to see the wild deer, rabbits and boar that live in the region. The bike ride is done in 2 stages, the first stage approx. 7km and the second 15km .- 98% downhill and the remainder on the flat.
