Pick-ups for the morning start around 8.45am returning to the resort around 1.00pm.

We collect you from various points, in the resorts of Salou, Cap Salou, La Pineda & Cambrils.
Practice & Safety Session
We appreciate the vast majority of our customers haven’t ridden a bike for a while and we want to give you the opportunity to get back on a seat!

Once we have collected you we will start the excursion with a brief practice and safety session to give you the confidence of being back on a bike, before heading up to the mountains. During the short 25 mins journey, your guide will entertain you with their knowledge of the region’s history, culture and life style.
Free wheeling fun
Once we arrive the bikes are off loaded and the free wheeling fun begins! Our lead vehicle will show you the way. You will cycle through rustic villages, lush vineyards, Olive groves and pine forests. The smell of the wild flowers and blossom, together with the stunning scenery and views to the coast will delight you.
If you’ve enjoyed the half day excursion or enjoy your cycling and simply want to experience more Catalan culture - this is the trip to book!

This alternative half day excursion takes you on a different, shorter cycling route of approx 13km. You will still enjoy fabulous scenery freewheeling through Costa Dorada’s beautiful National Park.
We will finish the bike ride at a family owned vineyard in the heart of the Montsant wine region.
Here you will get to meet the family, who will show you how they produce their wines and get to taste 3 of their most popular vintages. In addition you will also be able to experience the regions award winning olive oil - made from the farm next door!
