Me and my girlfriend just got back from doing this whilst on holiday. We were able to see some beautiful areas that we wouldn't have seen otherwise! Lovely riding downhill with minimal effort and the breeze to cool you down. The staff are great, can't remember his name but the Arsenal supporter was brilliant. Would recommend to anyone.

Ok, so having booked this, the thought of having to cycle 45km after not having been on a bike for 30 years was a bit daunting. But it was fine (once I remembered how to balance) - pretty much all down hill with just a few "challenging flat bits" which we all managed to cycle up, and through stunning countryside. A great contrast to a day in Salou, a chance to be active, and have fun with the family. My 15 year old son would do it again tomorrow, our 11 year old is very proud to have cycled all the way and I would do it again also if only my knees weren't feeling so stiff! Excellent guides, lovely villages to visit and delicious lunch at the end of it. One of the best and most memorable excursions I have had on a holiday - highly recommended

We did this as a family outing, with three generations ranging from 7 1/2 years old up to 68 years old.
The tour reps (Dave and Rob) were fantastic, explaining everything along the way, in a funny way too.
I am an accomplished bike rider who does over 2000 miles a year so took it all in my stride, but most of the party were not. They did, however, cope really well and loved the experience.
We had two kids on tag-alongs which worked well.
We would have loved to do the whole day trip, but the youngest two were under the minimum age limit, definitely next time.
Only criticism - the rides were badged as 7km and 15km long, but I have tracked them via GPS and they come out at 5.3km and 11.8km long.

From the second we were greeted by Rob at the hotel I knew we were in for an amazing day out. "Smith x3?!" His friendliness made us instantly feel welcome. Meeting up with the other drivers it was clear that not only are they a comedy trio, they are all as lovely as each other. Excellent with the kids and exceptionally knowledgeable of the local areas. We did the whole day bike ride. 4 downhill routes. - Tom loved his 'silver porsche' tag along bike. It flew by and I was sad when it was over. They've thought of absolutely everything. Stop off at the local olive oil village and opportunity to buy some (amazing!!!) Photographs, which you are able to buy 264+ photos at the end. (It's impossible to take your own photographs safely while riding a bike!!) The food at the restaurant is gorgeous too. Anyone visiting Salou should add this to their holiday day out plan. It's such a lovely feeling to be up in the mountains away from all the touristy bits. Cannot recommend this enough. Our only regret is we didn't book to go more than once. Hands down the best trip of our holidays - and we're on day 10 of 14!!!! (Thanks love from Team Swindon!!) x

Thanks to two funny guys (but professional guides), we found out a fabulous region in a very playful way. Moreover, by cycling and downhill (not at all tiring) for those who still hesitate.

16 of my family members joined the Downhill bikes team and it was a fantastic experience. It was a great group activity and we got to see some of the sights and views from the hills. Would most definitely recommend this and don't be cheap make sure you buy the local nuts they are so yummy!

This half day was a great chance to get a feel for the real Spain away from the manic Tourist bubble of Salou, the landscape and scenes on this half day event were just amazing, whilst rolling through the mountains and villages. Great humour for the entire family, don't worry if you've got youngsters, if they're not confident enough they can still take part on a tag along. This for me was one of the best experiences of the holiday, Rob & the team were superb from start to finish, the USB sticks are well worth 20 Euro's, the nuts are delicious. My only regret is that we didn't do this at the beginning of our holiday, if we had we would have realised there was so much more too see than the beach and theme parks. Just one little bit of advice, turn right just before the UP-hill leading to the church hahaha obviously we didn't.
I couldn't recommend this enough 5stars
Thanks for a GREAT day!!!

Fun for all the family, even the younger ones! We done the "tastes of cantalunya" package(I think that is what it was called! ). I loved going into Cantalunya and I thought the wine tasting was a nice touch. Coming down the second hill on the bike was my favourite as it was a lot more fast paced and the vineyard was good, the guys were really funny!

A great morning seeing the beauty of the mountains without the hard work. The team did a brilliant job and we had a smashing time. Coming down from 2000m above sea level at our pace and enjoying the sights was brilliant. Thanks Rob, Simon and Dave for a brilliant time.

Had a fantastic morning, the guys that run the bike tour are good fun, but also very knowledgeable about the area. Wished we booked the full day tour! Would definitely recommend!!!
